  • Go to Main Menu >> Profile icon >> Settings.

  • Last but not least, the fifth option is Text Chat. In this, you can select Only Allow Friends to allow your kids to add known contacts, or you can turn it “OFF” to completely disable text chat.
  • And don’t forget to click on SAVE, to save the changes.

The controllers also allow you to report the player who’s interrupting your kids while battling. To report:

  • Go to Settings >> REPORTING >> REPORT A BUG, PLAYER, OR ISLAND >> Report A Player.
  • Choose a Reason, and then select the Player’s Name >> Continue.
  • On asking ‘DO YOU WANT TO BLOCK THIS PERSON’ select what you want, and then tap ACCEPT.
